Founded in 1985 by Jeffrey D. Major as Environmental Consultants, Inc. (ECI), to better address our core markets, ECI was restructured near the end of 2002 into the Trinity Energy & Infrastructure Group, LLC and subsidiary companies. The Group operates on the commitment to provide comprehensive services to private and public sector clients to address complex geologic and environmental problems, new ventures and growth strategies, involving environmental and natural resources. Our projects aretailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Since our humble beginnings, the Group has grown to become a multi-service consulting and contracting firm, serving clients in the environmental, geologic, geotechnical, infrastructure, mining, petroleum, and drilling arenas throughout the central U.S. Although we have diversified tremendously since inception, our operating philosophy remains unchanged.

About Jeffrey Major

Mr. Major, a seasoned professional Geologist, has in excess of 35 years of experience in providing geologic, environmental, exploration and site development services to energy, aggregates and precious metals industries to clients at over 75 quarries and mines throughout the U.S. Through this experience, Mr. Major has attained strong business development and leadership expertise pertaining directly to natural resource discovery, recovery and management, as well as regulatory compliance.

During his career, Mr. Major has been involved in assisting clients, both buyers and sellers, in multiple successful M&A transactions, many of which involving sensitive geologic, environmental, ecologic and cultural features. Mr. Major has also served as an expert witness on cases involving both forward looking projections of potential impacts and developing a forensic history of existing site developments; and other unique site-specific matters involving aggregates and mining clients. Mr. Major founded and developed Creek Wood Resources Shady Grove Granite Quarry near Auburn, Alabama, which he recently sold to Arcosa (NYSE:ACA) in 2022.Mr. Major currently serves on the Board of Directors of Skyfall Investment Partners, who own and manage coal, stone, and oil &gas mineral acreage; and the Kentucky Groundwater Association. Mr. Major is co-founder of Resource Conservancy Foundation, a 501(3)c non-profit who owns, manages, and preserves stream, wetland, and other environmentally/ecologically sensitive properties
